Let’s Talk About the Beauty of Slow Living

Issue #87

Hello Reader,

Happy Thursday! The dog days of summer have arrived and we are finding ourselves retreating to the air conditioning more and more in the middle of the day. That is giving me more time to work on some deep cleaning and decluttering tasks. Last week I got my boys' room cleared out, which was so refreshing!

Do you ever feel like homemaking has become one long to-do list? Like you’re rushing from room to room but never truly living in your home?

I’ve felt it too. That tug toward something gentler. Simpler. Slower.

I consider homemaking a career, and I want to be successful. There are certainly seasons when homemaking feels completely...
